Joy for Life generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment credentials are processed by the applicable payment provider under its own privacy, security, and legal terms.

Joy for Life may retain donor identity, contact information, donation amount, date, designation preference, receipt status, recurring-gift status, and related transaction records for accounting, tax, acknowledgment, compliance, fraud-prevention, and organizational purposes.

Red Thread Membership and Community

Red Thread is Joy for Life’s private membership community. The community is hosted through Circle or another disclosed membership platform.

Membership platforms may process:

  • Account name and email address
  • Login credentials and authentication information
  • Profile information
  • Membership status and subscription information
  • Posts, comments, messages, and reactions
  • Participation and platform activity
  • Device, browser, and usage information

Information you post within a member community may be visible to other authorized members, hosts, moderators, administrators, and invited participants.

Do not post sensitive personal information that you do not want other authorized community members to see. Joy for Life may moderate, retain, restrict, or remove community content when reasonably necessary to administer the community, enforce its rules, resolve disputes, protect users, or comply with law.

Merchandise transactions may be processed through Squarespace Commerce and fulfilled by Printful or another disclosed production and fulfillment provider.
