Chad Partridge

Treasurer & Officer of
Volunteer Engagement

Chad Partridge serves as the Spiritual Formation & Groups Pastor, where he has devoted his ministry to guiding individuals and communities toward deeper faith, authentic connection, and purposeful living. With years of experience in pastoral leadership, Chad has cultivated a unique ability to build thriving small-group ministries, mentor leaders, and create environments where people feel seen, supported, and spiritually equipped. His pastoral approach combines biblical teaching with a heart for practical discipleship, helping people not only grow in faith but also embody it in their daily lives.

This same calling extends into his service with Joy for Life, where he holds the position of Officer of Volunteer Engagement on the Board of Directors. In this role, Chad brings his expertise in cultivating community and mobilizing people toward meaningful service. His pastoral insight shapes Joy for Life’s volunteer culture, ensuring that every individual who serves feels empowered, valued, and part of a larger mission. By building strong, engaged teams, Chad helps create the foundation that allows Joy for Life’s equine therapy programs to flourish—bridging the gap between the organization’s vision and the hands and hearts that bring it to life.

Chad’s dual commitment to spiritual formation and volunteer leadership enriches both his pastoral work and his board service. For Joy for Life, his ability to unite people around a shared purpose not only strengthens the nonprofit’s programs but also reflects its mission to restore dignity, resilience, and joy in the lives of children, teens, and young adults.
